Do you charge per interview?

An interview draws its scheduled length from the pool once the candidate starts, so a 20-minute interview uses 20 minutes and a retake counts again. Invitations nobody starts cost nothing.
What happens if we run out of interview minutes?
New interviews and invitations pause until the pool resets at the start of the next calendar month, or until you upgrade. There are no overage charges, so the bill never exceeds the plan price.
